Hi,
Every day when I try to sync my phone with my laptop the laptop software says it can't find the phone. This is the case whether I connect with wi-fi (auto-detect or specified IP) or usb cable. If I switch off and then switch on again my router, the problem is fixed and the laptop finds the phone no problem.
I have been using MPE for years with never this problem.
Can anyone throw any light please?
