Bug report - Sync contacts - loosing phone numbers

Hello,

I use Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 x64, with an Outlook (97-2002) format pst file for compatibility.
I Use MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.6
I sync (2-way) with a Huawei Honor 6, running Android KitKat 4.4.2.
I am on a french setted configuration, both on Windows and on the Phone.

I have contacts that have many phone numbers. For exemple, I have one that have :
1 home number ("Domicile" into Outlook)
1 other home number ("Domicile 2" into Outlook)
1 mobile number ("Téléphone mobile" into Outlook)
in that order.

Once synced onto the phone, only 2 numbers are transfered to the phone : "Domicile" and "Téléphone mobile".

So I lost one phone number. Trying with other sync softwares, I achieved getting the 3 phone numbers onto the phone (but of course had other problems).

Which contact app are you using to display the numbers on the phone? I ask because very few actually display all the numbers that is possible to define with Outlook. I went throiugh this process last year with DW Contacts. They were very responsive and now you can define ALL numbers (except one) within Outlook and DW will display them correctly.

BUT ...... Android does not support the 'Home2' field so this is why this one is not displayed. This is NOT an MPE isdsue, it's an Android issue.

Try DW Contacts and you'll see what I mean.

Oh, the other thing that contact apps do is when you have the same number for, say, 'Work' and 'Work Fax' (many small businesses). In this case they only display one of the numbers ..... doh!

To complete the answer: "Home 2" is the ONLY Outlook telephone number field which is not supported from MPE, all others are supported
