Problems by information sending via FJ software

Hi.. I have a problem. With the software I can connect to my phone ( a SE w810i). I can download everything from my phone and so on.. The problem is when I try to call someone or send a sms to someone with the software my phone looses its "mobile signal", so I cant use it. Then when I unpluck the cable that connects the phone with the computer, my phone gets its signal back, and I can use it again..

Can someone help me with this problem please?

Never heart this before. Maybe it helps to set the net-mode to "Only GSM"

hmm.. where do I find this option? is it in the software I have to find it or in my mobil phone menu?

Inside in the phone-settings and also in MyPhoneExplorer in the others-tab
