Unable to load thhe data

Hi ,

Few days back i my laptop crashed while i was using my phone explorer. After that my phone explorer doesnt upload the previous data. I synced it it only shows the latest sinc data but the older data is gone. Please help.

I don't know if there is another topic on the forum about this, but I will still post it. So, I've been thinking about why

To resfresh the whole content from phone to PC you can press the second button in the toolbar (Download entire). If there were other data earlier which are needed on the phone now and missing in MPE then they are probably lost (if there was no backup)
