problem to connect my k810i at myphoneexplorer

i guys i have this problem .....myphoneexpl give me always this error " impossible to open com11" and then "obex error " ..how can i resolve it?

OK, then lets start:
- Which connection you use ?
- if USB - have you already installed the phone-drivers on your PC ?
- if Bluetooth - which Bluetooth-Software is installed on your PC ?
- which operating-system you are using ?

i use usb connection
i had installed k800i driver but now that i have upgrade my k800i to k810i they don't work
i have xp sp2

You mean, you flashed the k810i Software into your k800i? I'm pretty sure you need to get the right USB Drivers for your Phone, too

i haven't the cd because before was a k800i ....and k800i drivers don't work
nobody have them?

nobody know how i can do it? k800i usb drivers aren't compatible with k810i i can't connect phone to pc

Maybe it would be better to look for the drivers BEFORE flashing.
Download the PC-Suite from SonyEricssons Homepage (~50MB). If you have luck there are the drivers included.
