Bluetooth connection problem.. [w810i]

Hello, I've just installed the newest program version but i can't find my phone using bluetooth. What can i do? I use an asus bluetooth adapter and it says it connects with the phone. what's the problem with phone explorer?

PROBLEM SOLVED in a minute! It was something about the bluetooth serial port. It's ok now.
