! Help ! -- Phone Wont Sync Photos

I get this error 3 times before I get the main error I'd like to discuss fixing..


The main error says: "Could not find photos folders on the phone"

The file is different than normal phones, for some reason...

The file directory for the phone's photos on the SD Card goes like this:
F:\DCIM\Photos\File.jpg
instead of the normal F:\DCIM\File.jpg

So, my question is: "How can i re-route the multi-sync to read the proper directory, as stated above, and not keep getting this error?"

If you phone sd card is mounted as "Removable media" then the phone - and so also MyPhoneExplorer has no access to it. Solution: Release the mass storage in the notification bar of the phone or connect your phone in general as MTP mode

The SD card was Mounted and Formatted by the phone... is that a bad thing to do?? ..I dont think I'm understanding what you are suggesting I do..

Sorry, because you had F:\ in your example path i thought you have connected your phone in mass storage mode where the SD card appears in "My Computer".

MyPhoneExplorer will not include subfolders for the regular photo sync but you can do it with a defined filesync, its the third button in the toolbar of the filebrowser.
