How to delete a user from MPE?

I have two users listed: one for my old Thuderbolt and one for my new Droid Maxx. I've transferred stuff from one to the other. I no longer need the Thunderbird user entry, but it was there first, so it doesn't present an option to delete it.

Is there a way?

If not, how would I go about moving identity B into the identity A 'slot', so that I can delete the one that I can delete?

Select the profile you want to delete and then Menu-File-Users-<current user>-Delete profile
