moving MPE data to new PC

I finally was able, with FJ's assistance, to get my Windows 7 PC communicating with my Galaxy S4 (SCH I545).
All my data from the last 2 years is on my older computer and I would like to move it to the new computer.
If I just move a backup file and restore it, will this accomplish my task?

The last 2 years ? Probably you have a big call archive, maybe its better to transfer the whole datafolder of MPE to the new PC. You can find the data of MPE in Start->Run->%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer->OK
