sync contacts in "OE Classic" with Android phone

I am using it to sync my Outlook Express contacts with my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone, and it works well.

But Microsoft won't be supporting XP after April, so I'm thinking of moving to Windows 7, which doesn't support Outlook Express.

I would like to use "OE Classic", which is like Outlook Express, but better.

It doesn't use the WAB file that OE uses for contacts, but keeps them internally. Is there a way to sync contacts between "OE Classic" and an Android phone using MyPhoneExplorer?

You are the first user which asks about this software so i think its not really relevant on the market. You still can sync your contacts with "Windows Contacts", maybe your desired email software does support this addressbook.
