Can't copy category colors

Thank you for an excellent program. I am particularly grateful for the ability to use different colours for different types of appointments. However, when I copy any appointment which is a different colour than the standard blue appointment colour, if I then paste it elsewhere, the newly pasted appointment doesn't keep the same colour as the appointment which was copied, but instead always appears in the standard blue appointment colour.

Is it possible to copy an appointment which is, for example, dark green, then paste it and have it keep the dark green colour in the new location as well? If not, it would be extremely helpful, as appointments in a certain category will generally tend to keep the same category colour when they are copied and pasted into new locations.
