adb.exe not unloading

Hello,

Love the program as it saves me from having to keep my contacts on G's server and for other reasons, but I seem to have an issue:

Windows 7
Droid X
Android 2.2
MPE 1.8.0
USB connected

When I exit the program on the PC, adb.exe does not unload and that prevents me from safely ejecting the ...
