Limit on Outlook Notes ?
I like the ability to sync Notes and Tasks from Outlook to my android phone, but just realized that the Notes downloaded to my phone were truncated.
Statistics are as follows:

Characters: 6024 (4875)
Words: 1900 (1534)

Can you allow a user-defined format for phone numbers sync'd from Outlook? Right now my Outlook phone book is clean and neat, with numbers that are formatted like this +1(630)555-1212.
After syncing, "extraneous" characters are removed, and the numbers look like this: +16305551212
