Thanks sooo much for your help, i really appreciate it!

When I right click on the backup file I only get the option to open no option to import/export. Also if i try and right click on contacts i don't get any options and if I right click on phone or sim contacts i only get the option to either sync or add new contact

Do i need separate software to do ...
