Any suggestions for a good link for a Windows 7 driver?

I took out the battery and it seems to have done the trick.

It is really frustrating to have a device like this from SE that their software is not debugged properly.

It happens when I synchronize the files. The files which I synchronize are podcasts from iTunes.

Your suggestion below did help and I was able to synchronize the phone's memory. However, I mainly use my SIM for memory storage and the SIM continues to exhibit the same problem.

Any other suggestions or recommendations?
