I put in the USB and pressed Phone Mode on my phone.... Then try to press anything [Connect/Sync] but it says "Initiating" then "Not Responding". I just don't understand.

I'm using Windows Vista and don't know how to get RUN up!! I don't know if there is a logfile.... useless with computers I suppose

Have just downloaded MPE. I'm not sure how to get the messages from my phone onto the program but when I try synchronising or pressing cpnnect [or anything at all within the program!] it says "MY phone explorer is not responding" and says "A program caused the program to stop working correctly ...
