Thanks, I tried the USB cable again, and it works when I search for phone using F2. Not sure why it didn't work that way before. Thanks for the help (knowing I wasn't actually connected was very helpful).

I thought if Sony's PC Suite was installed from the disk, then the drivers were installed? And PC Suite says I'm connected in phone mode. Is there something I have to do in MPE to change to phone mode too?

I believe my phone is connecting, but nothing happens when I click the blue yin-yang arrows sync button in MPE. I've tried connecting both through cable and bluetooth. My computer recognizes the phone, I have Sony's program installed with drivers, and MPE shows "disconnect" under F1, so it seems I'm ...
