I have the same problem but when I erased the duplicate it took out both entries on my phone and both in outlook.

I am running MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.14 on an Android P30 Pro with a PC running WIN10/64bit
I am always loosing sysnc. To restart I have to close the PC program and restart it.
Also every time I start your program it asks me for a Donation. I did this may years ago.
