I'm using latest version 1.8.12 with old version for my Android phone Redmi 7 (android 9).

When I do this:

- Tools > Start multi-sync (or keys MAJ + F5)

or

- in messages sections, right click on "Received", then I select "refresh"

or

- in the toolbar I click on the blue down arrow
