If you phone sd card is mounted as "Removable media" then the phone - and so also MyPhoneExplorer has no access to it. Solution: Release the mass storage in the notification bar of the phone or connect your phone in general as MTP mode

The SD card was Mounted and Formatted by the phone... is that ...
