Does anyone know how to change the phone number format in Outlook 2003 from (xxx) xxx-xxxx to a xxx-xxx-xxxx format? Outlook keeps forcing the parens (aka brackets) onto the area codes. thanx.

thanx FJ for the quick response .. however, it appears my phone does allow these kinds of exceptions. I just tried it using the "Sony Ericsson PC Suite" software and it worked just fine. I would rather use MPE as it has a much nicer UI and does Bluetooth syncing (I've been unable to get the Sony ...

Problems with recurrent appointments

I noticed if you have an exception to a recurrent appointment, MPE doesn't sync correctly the exceptions.

For example if you have an appointment that occurs every Tuesday at 1:00. But you decide to change this weeks occurence to 2:00. Outlook will show the change, but MPE will not following a sync ...

ahhh ha .. interresting, thanx for the info. However, Outlook 2003 forces area codes into brackets. I've been unable to figure a way to change phone numbers into a xxx-xxx-xxxx format.

When syncing with Outlook 2003 Contacts with my W810i cell, MyPhoneExplorer adds "+" in front of some phone numbers.

For example in Outlook a phone number may be defined as (503) 123-3456. After using MyPhoneExplorer to sync with my cell, the phone number ends up being stored as +5031233456. The ...
