User Account Control - the new security feature built-in to Vista that constantly asks you to permit certain actions. Annoying as hell.

OK, turn UAC back on, everything works fine and dandy. While UAC is still off and I try to drag both dlls on to the regsvr32.exe regsvr32.exe crashes. I still copy the dll's to the mpe directory though, and obviously i get the same error 372.

It seems i can only get it to work when UAC is off. And ...

both files are located in the system directory (c:\windows\system32\) how would i make sure they are registered properly?

This is really frustrating...

I don't know why I am not having any success with this. I installed 1.59, then 1.60 like others, but even though it is meant to eliminate the error 372, I keep getting.

I install 1.60 on top of 1.59. Asks to reboot, reboot i do. Still the same error. Oh well, got to wait for the next update.
