I tried copying all files from the old ID to the new ID folder. Unfortunately that resulted in MPE attempting to make duplicate entries into my Outlook calendar (I am assuming that since it sees the phone as "new user" it is attempting to add the new user's appointments to the calendar ...

First: Love MPE! Been using it since Jan '12 with much success (thus my donation :-)).
Second: FAQ suggested info:
- Galaxy Nexus w/ Jelly Bean
- USB Connection
- MPE-version 1.82
- Windows 7 SP1
Third: Log file (first ~10+ lines):
Logdatei MyPhoneExplorer ...
