Hi FJ and fello members,
I've found that version 1.8.14 sometimes crashes when the user is changed.
I was having the same problem with version 1.8.12.
Since using 1.8.12 I've upgraded my PC to something much better.
(A Lenovo ThinkStation P310 with a Xeon cpu and 16 Gb RAM using 64 bit windows 10 ...

Sometimes when I change user on MPE version 1.8.12 it will crash without warning, and it only mentions an error 9, for example here are the last few lines of the debug log:
05:41:24.93 LoadGridLayout Error: 9
05:41:24.95 LoadGridLayout Error: 9
05:41:24.97 LoadGridLayout Error: 9
05 ...

I've found that version 1.8.11 under Windows 7 32 bit (and the MPE version before 1.8.11 as well) occasionally crashes when changing user, but it doesn't seem to write anything special in the debug log.

I'm interested to know how you fare with this, as My Phone Explorer has crashed for me a couple of times too, while synchronising info.
The latest crash was while synchronising conversations (under heading messages).

Thanks for looking into it; perhaps it's just my PC causing this crash.
Here's the logfile in case that sheds some light on the problem (and I've removed my IMEI number :D )

Hi,
Just to save someone else from the frustration I had, please be aware that if you attempt to run MyPhoneExplorer on XP and run Microsoft Magnifier on the same computer, you may experience crashes of MyPhoneExplorer.
I don't know what the answer is; just don't use them together, I guess. :(
