I also have a Samsung S4 and have been using the program for years. I have never had problem with USB or WiFi connecting with my laptop. Android 4.2.2.

I got a backup laptop and installed newest version of MPE from website 1.8.6.
I connected and set up user synced several times.
All of a sudden ...

On my phone and in other software, if I try to edit a recurrent event it asks me if I want to change "only this event?" or "all recurring?". I cannot figure out how to edit only the one event from within MPE calendar program.

I sync contacts from my android Samsung Infuse and my Windows Contacts on Win7.

Everything works great and I get the Confirmation Window to verify how I want the sync to go when duplicates or discrepancies are found.

2 issues are causing problems:
