Hi there.
First of all, I have to admire your absolutely nice job on MPE. It has been a very handy and useful gadget for me and many others I know.
I have recently bought a SATIO(U1), everything seems fine, but when I send SMS, it delays and then says it is failed.
After this happening, the connection to mobile also fails and I have to reconnect it again.
I studied FAQ and used main USB jack, but the problem still exists. Should I reinstall MPE again? Does it help?

I'm afraid reinstalling will not help.
- try other baudrates
- ensure that the PC-Suite and PC-Companion are NOT working in background
- clean your cable-connector of the phone
- use the rear/direct USB-Port of the PC
- restart your phone (take out the battery for 2 minutes)
- if nothing helps you could try it on another PC
