I primarily use MPE to back up my sms messages - but i've found that even though i have moved about 2500 messages to the archive they still appear in my inbox in MPE even though they have definitely been deleted from my phone??? help???

Just wait before you refresh...
Especially if you delete much messages then the phone needs much more time for deleting as shown.
