Hi - in the past, I would use MyPhoneExplorer to load my SMS. Ever since I got my C902 (~2 years ago), I think I used MPE only once. I now have ~23,000 SMS in my Inbox. I wanted to back them up on my pc but MPE does not load them!! Is it because I have too many? If so, what's another solution for me to be able to back up the SMS??

MyPhoneExplorer does not have problems with this amount but i think its too much for the phone. You can send me the logfile after you tried to read the messages via email so i can take a look at it.

I'm sorry I'm not too familiar with how this works... how do I get the logfile so that I can copy it?

Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile
And do not post it here, send it to me via email

I got your logfile, you are using a old version of MyPhoneExplorer. Update first - if its still not working then send me the logfile again
