i was using my phone explorer on my winxp computer. that computer crashed and i am now running win7. i still have the hard drive from my winxp. i was wondering if there is a file that contains all the sent/received sms that was already transferred to my computer so i can have access to it on my win7 pc. those messages are already deleted from my hand phone.
also, if the above is possible, do i need to be running the same version of my phone exporer? i don't remember what version i had when running winxp. what version is compatible for win7?

Use the newest version 1.7.6.
The datafolder is located in %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer, in WinXP you should find it at C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\AppData\MyPhoneExplorer

Copy the whole MyPhoneExplorer-Folder to the %appdata%-Folder on your new PC.
Start-Run-%appdata%-OK

btw, i have a question...
i know what is inbox, draft, and sent folder. but what is "saved" and "archive (computer)?" inside the "archive (computer)," there are 2 folders "archive (computer)" and "auto-archived messages." is anything duplicated? i hate to delete any of them since i'm not sure why there are so many different folder and not sure if any are duplicate.

"saved" represents the SIM-Storage and Archive represents the archive on PC. there should be no duplicates
