contacts problem

Unable to see name in Chinese from the Contacts after sync with MyPhoneExplorer. Pls help.

Is your PC working in DBCS-Mode (Double byte character system). If yes - there are many problems if you run MyPhoneExplorer on PCs with this system. Please post the logfile after startup
