Request: SMS timestamp

Hello, 
When I export sms messages the timestamp apparently becomes the timestamp at which I saved those messages. I see this in de archive itself too. This way, data is lost: you can not see when you sent/received those messages anymore. If you want to store the timestamp for the time of exporting too, that's ok, but could you please make for example another field in the xml-exports for that? So the original timestamp is saved too? Because I really don't like it that when I save my messages all of their thousands of timestamps get deleted.
I'm curious to whether others feel the same way.
