K610i software version update causes havoc

I have recently upgraded my K610i phone to version CXC1250374 R1GB001 061129. It appears to have been a real mistake....

Ever since, I am having problems syncing with MPE. The program freezes on my desktop, the sync does not complete etc. The only way to resolve is to kill the program via the Task Manager. And I have had to turn the phone on and off quite a few times. MY OS is Win 7. I use a USB cable because it's faster than BT. As I write this even the Task Manager is unable to end the MPE Program...

Also, I am having problems syncing with my car-radio's (Kenwood) Bluetooth. It does not sync and after I try, I cannot access my contacts (I get the synching message on all the time) - the only solution is to turn phone off and on again.

Thanks for any suggestions that you may have.

If you are not able to kill the process via taskmanager its a sure indicator that a driver blocks the software. When you upgrade your phone then Windows needs also new drivers - maybe Windows did install outdated drivers.

Any suggestions for a good link for a Windows 7 driver?
The one I found indicates the wrong OS
