"Symbian-unit is not connected with mRouter"

Hi!
I was lookning for a program for syncronising my SE G900 with Thunderbird and I found this.
Altough, when I press syncronise, the program is only able to get contacts from my SIM-card and when it tries to load contacts from the phone this message appears: "Symbian-unit is not connected with mRouter"
Have you seen this problem or know how to deal with it?
