does anyone know how to install a new phone language onto a sony ericsson?

which model ?

currently the w200i or the k700i.

but in the future when i buy a new one, it'll be the same question

For the "normal" phones like K700 and W200 you have to flash the phone with another firmware. I think on Symbian-Phones its possible to install new languages but i'm not sure

what does this mean?
i'm not tech minded!

It means you have to format the whole storage on the phone and you write a new software to the device. This is possible with free tools but if you have no experience in this its better to use the Davinci-Client
