"The Symbian device is not connected to mRouter. "

I cant do anything and just get this message. As far as I know, I am connected to mRouter.

What could be the problem?

And with what program can this program get completed with email? I want to have all contacts together, not one list for email and one for phone, so the programs has to be able to synch with each other and both programs has to be able to synch with phone.

I have M$ Outlook for now, the problem is it cant show UTF-8 correct in plain text, and it is too expensive. If I must have outlook for email contacts, MyPhoneExplorer is no use t all for me sadly enough.

Update already.

Sync is working suddenly.

And I how learnt that I should be able to sync contacts from thunderbird or outlook. But how is that done? I can't find anywhere how this is done.
