I'm sure your problem has nothing to do with MyPhoneExplorer
When your phone is not recognised: Do you have 2 entries in "Ports" and one in "Modems" of the phone ?
here is the log

Now another problem

Now i am facing another problem.
.
I have restored backup from my SE Suite and now the MPE can not show the Sent messages (its totally blank, while in phone there are around 1300 msgs).
.
However other functions of MPE are working fine, can see inbox msgs, drafts, archive everything except that Sent msgs folder. And please note that there are couple of MMS messages also in Sent folder. (i dont think that will be an issue because with MPE 1.7.4 its showing fine, can see all the sent box messages)

It works always with the PC-Suite cause this app does not communicate throught the Modem-Port (and cause of this the PC-Suite is also not able to Send/Recieve messages, do calls,....)
20:28:57.34 Avaiable Ports: COM3=\Device\Serial2; COM3=\Device\zebrmdm0; COM4=\Device\BtPort0; COM4=\Device\zebrmdm1; COM5=\Device\VCom5; COM6=\Device\VCom6; COM7=\Device\VCom7; COM8=\Device\VCom8; COM9=\Device\VCom9; COM10=\Device\VCom10; COM11=\Device\VCom11; COM12=\Device\VCom12; COM13=\Device\VCom13; COM14=\Device\VCom14; COM15=\Device\VCom15; COM16=\Device\VCom16; COM17=\Device\VCom17; COM18=\Device\VCom18; COM19=\Device\zebrsce0; COM20=\Device\Serial19; COM21=\Device\Serial20;
In this line i see that COM3 exists twice on your system.
COM3=\Device\Serial2
COM3=\Device\zebrmdm0
This could raise your problem. Besides this there are alot of Virtual COM-Ports -> i think you have some chaos in devicemanager.
Cause sent messages: There are many known bugs on UIQ3-Phones. One of them is that its often not possible to list the messages. in the most cases it helps to delete messages from the folder (i know this is not a good solution). If you want you can send me the log after refreshing the messages to my mailaddres so i can verify if the problem comes from phone or not.

there is only one COM3 port and one for Sony Ericsson Com19

Ports are also listed in "Modems"
Nobody said that the twice COM3 is always present. Check the logfile for it

I think i have found the issue that disconnecting my phone from MPE.
.
If you have set lock to phone (to unlock * then Unlock and give the unlock code) it will disconnect the phone from MPE.
.
After unlocking it and then connect to MPE works fine, but if its lock again (automatically) then the phone will disconnect automatically.
.
MPE can not be used if phone is lock
this is case for W960i (world wide firmware updated from SEUS)
.
Please tell me how to resolve this issue.

sorry, for unlocking just use jog dial or hit any key on keypad and then enter the code to unlock the phone.

Well i have this issue. I always lock my phone due to privacy of my msgs and pictures.
.
I also didnt think that this would be issue, but for using MPE i have to remove my locks (completely) and then after use of MPE enable them otherwise i can not use MPE.
.
anyway Thanks for such a great program.
I have a problem with MPE

When i receive a call or a sms and my phone is connected with MPE, the program disconnects from my phone and i can't answer or anything. When i send sms, it disconnects too, and don't show me if the message was send. What can i do ?
I have win xp sp3 with all updates ... it's this a problem ?

This is a known problem of many newer models.
- clean the cable-connector of the phone
- never use Front-USB or USB-Hubs. Always use the rear USB-plug of your PC
