a noobie's question about importing a contact list

Hi. My question is is it possible to import into MyPhoneExplorer a contact list from an .xls or .xml file, created by another program? (it was imported to a PC from a non-sony ericsson cellphone).

For external contact-data is the CSV-Format the best choice

Hi, thanks for the tip! It works!
edit: the tough part for me was finding the "import" option. It's really counterintuitive that you need to right-click on a single contact to reach the "Export/Import" option. I've been looking for it for such a long time
It should totally be under the "Extras" menu beneath "Current list". Anyways thanks a lot for your help!

The import procedure was really difficult to figure out. Maybe there should be some instructions telling you to drag and drop?
