i have been using My phone explorer for more than 7-8 months.

i have been updated to Myphoneexplorer 1.7.4, few months back.

i have been experiencing this problem in this version of Myphone explorer.

when ever i delete the messages from inbox from Myphoneexplorer. it just gives us the impression that the messages are cleared from the phone. But when i hit the refresh view button, all the messages comes back, now i realize that the messages are not deleted. To resolve this wat i do, i go to my

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\MyPhoneExplorer\Sony Ericsson T700 \

i will clear the SMS.DAT and the problem is solved at the next start up of the MYphoneexplorer.


I want to know whether is this a bug or not.

Its not a bug of MyPhoneExplorer.

The phone needs much longer to delete the messages as its shown in MyPhoneExplorer. Just wait after deleting some minutes before you refresh the messagelist.

Your way with deleting the SMS.dat worked only cause it needed some time to do this actions . Its not needed to delete the SMS.dat
