Outlook sync 1.4.16 weird button

Hi,
When I sync my phone with outlook. in the interface I can see the changes I see an bud named: Command 3. It covers some other buds.
I'm also unable to produce new folder in the file explorer. When i make a new folder I get the next warning: OBEX eroor: C1 Unauthorized
