116 contacts in phone, only 109 show up in Myphoneexplorer

*forgot to mention: they do show up in the phone when I look in the phone book of course. that's why I'm surprised they won't show in mpe.
I ahve 116 contacts saved on my phone and 0 on my sim card.
When I connect to myphoneexplorer I only see 109 contacts in the list.
Chcking memory status in the phone or in myphoneexplorer correctly shows that there are 116 contacts.
Why do they not show up?
I have identified two of the ones not showing up, and they are among the more recent ones ( -2 months) added, had the phone for about 2 years.
Otherwise no idea.
Like I said I have 0 contacts on the sim card so that's not where they are hiding. How can this be?
o answer your questions in this forum, please attach following infos:
- Model of your phone (i.e. K700, K750i, T630, W800i, etc.)
W200i
- Type of connection (i.e. USB, serial, Infrared or Bluetooth)
USB
- MPE-version (i.e. MPE 1.3.3)
1,7,4
- Windows version (i.e. WinXP-SP2, XP MediaCenter Edition, Win2000, etc.)
and at last in some cases it would help if you post your
XP SP3
- firmware version
how can I tell?
In most cases this would make it easier for us to give you support and would solve unnecessary questions back to you.
