Activate speaker on every call option

I like this option a lot!
However, I wonder if it would be possible to choose that when a call is made or answered from the phone it self, not to enable the speaker?
I.e., calls made or answered through MPE - activate speaker. Calls made or answered on the phone - do not activate speaker.
