windows 7 call/sms monitor

hi
i use k800i, newest version of MPE and windows 7's bluetooth stack for bt dongle. it seems that call/sms monitor doesn't work as it did with win xp.
there are no new sms ballon popups, although new sms flashing icon does appear in tray instead of usual mpe icon. and there is still phone's sms sound (i think it was disabled by mpe on active bt connection).
also, the computer volume does not change automatically on incoming call.

Did you enable "Stable connection" in the settings ? This would explain all of your posted problems.

OK, then post the logfile after a sms and a call came in.

In Win7 Myphoneexplorer wont reconnect if lost connection, to fix this run Myphoneexplorer in Compatility mode (Xp Servicepack 3).

The log seems OK and the new message was read.
- does it wrk if you set the SMS-Notification to "Popup-Window" ?
- do you get any Balloontips of MPE (normally you get them also when sending a message with MPE) ?

the popup window does appear (then the icon in the tray stays normal mpe icon, it doesn't change to new flashing message)
the baloon tips don't show at all - this is actually the main issue (not that it is huge problem...)

I tested MPE in Win7 and it works. Maybe you did disable the tray-notifications (you can do this in Win7 for each trayicon seperate)
