attempting to 1.7.4 version starts another program installer

1.7.3 had no problems for me. 1.7.4 doesn't start properly - instead an installer for a nonrelated program is started up (ValueInvestorPro). I've uninstalled/reinstalled 1.7.4. Can you please provide earlier versions on your website? I want to reinstall version 1.7.3. thx.
