Hello,

due to a technical problem, I just changed my previous W910i to a new one. Is there any way to upload the sms archive to the new phone?

No Problem
If there are more profiles/phones in MyPhoneExplorer you can switch them in Menu-File-Users...

- Export the messages you want to upload in an external file (*.sms is recommened). You can do this by selecting the messages and then rightclick->Import/Export
- then switch to the new profile and connect to the new phone.
- now go into SMS-Archive and choose rightclick->Import
- when the messages are in the Archive of the new profile then you can upload them to the phone.
