Hi i have been using your software from years.....
and it's very useful......

but one thing from these all years i am unable to know....
how to backup profiles of my phone????

backing up profiles is disabled in every version of your software which has been downloaded by me.....

The access to profiles is possible only in old models like K700. In never phones this interface is missing in the phone.
