1. When I delete an SMS is it overwitten by 0x00 or phone/MPE simply deletes a handle to file?
2. Is it possible to recover deleted SMS messages (from phone memory, not from SIM card) or deleted contacts?
3. How to get low-level access to the phone's internal memory where messages are stored like to HDD or flash drive?

It's impossible due to overwriting during deletion or it's not possible to get low-level access to the memory?
Thanks in advance.

Both is impossible. You can get low-level-access to the memory but its impossible to restore deleted messages.

Using which program can I get low-level access? I've tried WinHEX and got access to internal memory where are "normal" files. Using XS++ I've got only file-system-level access to system area.
Sorry for my English.

The GDFS-Area can be saved with SE-Tool i think. But again: i'm sure that its impossible to recover deleted messages.
