Converting MPB files

Is there a way to convert .mpb into .csv or other outlook supported filetypes?
Or at least, is there a way to open a mpb file inside my phone explorer to retrieve the data from the file and send it to outlook, without the need to have a phone connected?

You can import the backupfile into MyPhoneExplorer and from there you can do export to another format.

Ok, maybe I'm blind, but I can't find this "import" function.
Everytime I try to do anything it says could not open COM4.
Because my current phone is not supported.
Can you explain me the procedure step by step?

In Phonebook->rightclick->Import/Export-Import...
In Organizer->rightclick->Import/Export-Import...
In SMS-Archive->rightclick->Import/Export-Import...

I really didn't try to right click...
