Hi, im using MPE to sync organizer from Thunderbid with Lightning addon. Im also using Minimize to Tray addon for TB, so its always running in background. The problem is that every time i start MPE to sync stuff TB gets maximized each time. Its something i can live with but frankly its annoying. Not sure if anything can be done from MPE point of view, but i would be glad if author could check this.

This problem is known - and its not fixable. It happens only if the "Minimize To tray" Addon is installed.

try to search the web for TB-Tray! fitted my problems...
