Great software ! Cheers mate!
But i have prob with my k800i sms sync, is not working for me only or its knowen issue ? any idea if its knowen issue if its in list of getting resolved its great software i love it. Only if for me even sms was also working

How many messages you have saved in the phone (Look in MyPhoneExplorer->MemoryStatus) ?

350 in inbox and 370 in sent

I have the same problem, i have version 1.5.7 (I think it's the latest one)

I have also a k800i, same errors

deactivate the logfeature and try it again

Now i don't see anything, he close and goes back to windows (when i refresh my sms inbox )

I got the exact same error on version 1.5.8, when I tried again I didn't get the error anymore, but MyPhoneExplorer just closed. Now that is all it does. It seems to fail somewhere around 300 messages, but I got it to as far as 400 before the crash happens. Unfortunately there are near 1000 messages on my phone. Deactivating the log feature didn't seem to solve the problem.

To be exact:

1000 messages in phone memory
12 in sim

The sim messages seem to have been downloaded.

Trying the sync at different connection speeds seems to help a bit. Putting the connection at a much lower baud rate with the logging disabled and stable connection turned on allowed me to download around 500 messages from the phone memory. Some of these messages have strange characters in them and I still can't get to the other messages. Also, even at the highest settings the messages come in very slowly when the stable connection option is enabled.

The version of my phone software is:

CXC1250210
R1GB001
061129
(according to se's update service the third europe release)

I could try the software with a bluetooth or faster usb connection if you think it will help.

just tried it on a usb 2.0 connection, but there is no difference as far as I can see. The software doesn't seem to be able to find my phone through bluetooth.

Part of the error I get:

AppName: myphoneexplorer.exe AppVer: 1.5.0.8 ModName: msvbvm60.dll
ModVer: 6.0.97.82 Offset: 0005b47f

There is also an option to view technical information, but I can't copy from there (and it's a lot anyway).
