MPE on USP

I love using My Phone Explorer to send messages and I would love to be able to take it with me on my USB drive. I tried installing to my usb drive but i get an error "runtime error: 339 (or something similar) SPort.dll...blahblahblahblah". I tried getting those dll's and that didnt work. Can anyone help me out on what to do?
